Welcome to the Prorisk-Solution Ltd website. The following terms and conditions govern your use of our website, located at www.prorisk-solution.co.uk, and the services provided. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms.

#### 1. Scope of Services
Prorisk-Solution Ltd provides a range of services including physical security risk assessment, access control, CCTV, perimeter checks, and staffing and instant history. The fees for our services are £650 for a small site and £850 for a medium to large site.

#### 2. User Obligations
You agree to use our website and services only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else’s use and enjoyment of the website. Prohibited behavior includes harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any other user, transmitting obscene or offensive content, or disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within our website.

#### 3. Limitation of Liability
Prorisk-Solution Ltd will not be liable for any damages, losses, or expenses arising in connection with this site or its use or inability to use by any party, or in connection with any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, defect, delay in operation or transmission, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, and whether or not advised of the possibility of such damages.

#### 4. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, is the property of Prorisk-Solution Ltd or is used with permission. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, or otherwise use the content of this site without written permission from our company.

#### 6. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom and any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

7. Digital Products (including the Martyn’s Law Toolkit)

Price and order. Prices are shown in pounds sterling at checkout. Your order is accepted when we email your order confirmation and receipt.

Delivery. After payment, a download link is shown on screen and emailed to you. Each purchase allows up to 5 downloads within 48 hours of the order.

Starting your download and your right to cancel. If you are a consumer, you normally have 14 days to cancel a contract made online. For digital content, you lose that right once the download begins, but only if you have asked us to begin immediately and have acknowledged that you will lose the right. At checkout you are asked to tick a box confirming both. If you tick it, your download starts straight away and the 14-day right to cancel ends once it begins.

Our 14-day money-back guarantee. Separately from the legal right above, we offer a refund if you email matthew@prorisk-solution.co.uk within 14 days of your purchase. We will refund the price to the payment method you used. This guarantee is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights.

Faulty or not as described. If digital content is faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose, you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including repair, replacement or a refund. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.

Guidance only. Our toolkits and templates are practical guidance and are not legal advice. Martyn’s Law (the Terrorism (Protection of Premises) Act 2025) is not yet fully in force and official guidance may change. You remain responsible for your own compliance and should take advice where needed.

Licence. You may use purchased documents for your own organisation and its premises. You may not resell, share or publish them.
